BAG set the benchmark in marketing campaigns with GMC Inspire

The client
The Business Advantage Group (BAG) is an integrated communication services provider in Mexico with services ranging from market research to advertising, mobile marketing and relationship marketing.
The challenge
BAG had many challenges, two of which were that many software tools were used for campaigns and there was an over-reliance on external suppliers.
Projects were taking over three weeks to turnaround and there was no easy way to track responses.
