GMC has been acknowledged for the 2nd year as a Leader in Magic Quadrant for Customer Communications Management Software (CCM) by Gartner Inc.

We believe in 2013 Gartner published its first Magic Quadrant on this topic to reflect the CCM software market’s growth and its crucial role in the creation of highly personalized multimedia communications.
Now in 2014, we think changes in the market over the last 12 months see the need for digital content on-demand via multiple channels. With our strong focus on Dynamic Communications and mobile communications, we believe Gartner acknowledges that we are a Leader again in the CCM Magic Quadrant and that we are in an excellent position to tap into this growing communication demand. We are proud to have one of the strongest customer experience ratings. This is reflected in our presence on many enterprises’ shortlists and the growth in our deal sizes during the past three years.
