Happy New Year! When the calendar changes, thoughts turn towards new things. At Quadient, we are always watching for new and interesting channels. We are also constantly looking for new ways to engage with our current and future clients. Every once in a while, things converge. We are at one of these convergence points today.

I’d like to invite you to check out our new Twitch.tv channel at www.twitch.tv/quadient. We learned that many users of Quadient’s Interactive, Customer Journey Mapping and Designer products are also active in the Twitch community, where they watch streamers typically play video games to the over 140 million monthly viewers on the Twitch.tv platform.

Wait, Quadient is on a video game streaming social network? Why? That’s a good question. We have interesting software that people use every day. Many of our users have more hours into Designer than some top players have in Fortnite, Warcraft or Call of Duty. So, we think the same platform benefits apply to Quadient and you. We can work through challenges, engage real time, and solve some interesting problems together.

So, we have two streamers; Jay from Presales and Joanna from Professional Services. Each will stream for 60-90 minutes weekly at a scheduled time. They will be working on projects with Quadient software, engaging via the chat with any viewers who want to participate.

We did this to give our customers a confidence boost. This is a chance for us to have some Quadient experts available at specific times to show our users how to do some interesting things with our software. We believe that by showing some of our new features working as part of a project will give you some new ideas to use in your work.

The Quadient Twitch stream might let you see some other approaches. Surely, you have a unique style that you’ve developed over the years. Watching how some others approach a challenge might give you a new perspective.

We also did this to engage with some new people. We learned that many Quadient users might be new to the software, as Quadient has been replacing older competitive products. This gives new to Quadient users a chance to see our software in action. They can see the unified UI, learn some of the differences between our solution and their legacy platform.

You will also see us streamlining new features. In the coming weeks, you’ll see us start out with some basic tours of the software. Then, we’ll add some Interactive. You’ll see some Digital Advantage Suite and Customer Journey Mapping along the way. Most importantly, you’ll see us working on projects that are inspired by real world challenges.

Jay will be refining one of the internal demonstration and training projects he is working on. Joanna will be doing some migrations and adding digital channels to print-based projects.

We are looking forward to being out in a new social place where we can meet you. If you have a chance, make an account and follow us at www.twitch.tv/Quadient. We look forward to meeting you in a new place!
