Your mission will be collect, prepare, clean, migrate data within HR systems in Quadient in Scope HRIS Quadient Group

Tasks & Activities
  • Maintain HR database, reporting systems and dashboards
  • Maintain HR Group database
  • Maintain group HR Dashboards
  • Ensure HR database is correctly updated by local HR teams
  • Develop & maintain update process by HR teams
  • Participate to HCM project, report to HR Data leader.
  • Participate to HCM data workstream
  • Process to HR Data collection and migration in collaboration with integrator
  • Implement HCM reports
  • Produce and deliver standard (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and customized HR reports. Respond to HR data requests on an ad hoc basis by gathering, analyzing, and reporting relevant data from various sources
  • Provide report to group entities (Finance & CSR)
  • Provide and maintain global org charts
  • Provide engagement survey campaign reports

Skill requirements
  • Expert in MS Excel (Functions and Macros)
  • Knowledge of HR best practices
  • Knowledge in HCM/HRIS systems
  • Understanding of the key HR processes
  • Highly rigorous
  • Communication skills.
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience in data visualization and modeling
  • Working knowledge in Database and basic scripting
  • Experience with statistical modeling and descriptive statistics

  • HCM Data leader, HCM integrator, IT Team (HR systems), Local HR business partner, CSR team, Tools subcontractors (Operation & Maintenance)
