Human Capital Management Generalist - Tester

We are looking for a key contributor to work on HCM Project in the COE Employee Experience to make the deployment of Workday a success on time.

You will work closely together with the Global Process Owner and all Functional Leads on different tasks although you main mission during this project will be as Tester to ensure the right level of quality of the system.
Your Tasks & Responsibilities:
  • Prepare documents/analysis for decisions
  • Document the new HR business processes
  • Administrative and on demand project tasks defined by the HR Global Process Owner
  • Define and carry-out the most relevant End-to-end Test Plan covering all HCM functionalities
  • Develop Test strategy in accordance to functional specification provided by functional streams.
    • Gather input and write test cases 
  • Process test campaigns
    • Qualify HCM integrator releases
    • Produce campaign test reports
    • Monitor correction made by integrator with Functional team
  • Implement the relevant tools to standardize automate tests
  • Prepare the GO for Release with the project team and functional leader
You will fit to our team If you have:
  • high motivation and passion to make the Global Experience of Quadient for all stakeholders; employees, managers, management and potential candidates EPIC.
  • You are proficient in SAAS solution implementation life cycle and quality assurance life cycle.
  • You have knowledge in HCM/HRIS systems and an understanding of HR processes. 
  • Advantage is If you have experience in black box testing, white bow testing, GUI testing, regression, integration, UAT and performance testing.
