The International Operations (I/O) Internal Communications manager's  main mission will be to ensure Neopost strategy roll-out towards employees and managers within International Operations (European countries, US, LATAM, APAC).

Neopost new strategy, “Back to Growth”, has been launched in January 2019. It aims at allowing us to expand and grow while accelerating our transformation by 2022. In such a context, the Internal Communications function is growing to support the Company strategy and new organization, which includes the creation of a regional Internal Communications Manager position in International Operations (I/O). 

The I/O Internal Communications Manager will be ideally based in France (Bagneux) and will work under the management of the I/O VP Marketing, based in the Company headquarters (France). 

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Define and set up an Internal Communications strategy & plan in collaboration with the corporate team
  • Design and manage existing and new regional channels and programs and rely on corporate channels and programs
  • Produce content at regional and corporate level (editorial, photos, videos, best practices, etc.);
  • Organize events
  • Contribute to new corporate initiatives (design, launch, manage) including the upcoming launch of new values and behaviors
  • Encourage and manage two-way communication with regional employees
  • Make leaders more visible and accessible
  • Be an active member of the Neopost Internal Communications team 
  • Interact with regional COO and COMEX members
  • Build and pilot a I/O network of internal communications contacts
  • Pilot a budget
  • Follow KPIs

 Required Skills & Experience

  • Master degree in Communications or Marketing
  • 5-7 years of Internal Communications experience including the management of transversal projects in an international company
  • Excellent level of English in speaking and writing; can be native English;
  • Spanish in speaking and writing
  • Leadership, project management skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Event organization experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and be a reactive and a proactive force
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable with communication, including digital, tools (collaborative tools suite, graphics suite, conference call tools, etc.)
  • Balance of both creative and operational focus
  • Familiar with the B2B environment is a plus
  • Comfortable with remote collaboration and working across several timezones
  • Willingness to travel
