Reporting to the CSO of the Customer Experience Management (CXM) Business Line, The Vice President of Global Channels and Alliances is a key member of the global CXM solution leadership team. This position will partner across organizations and geographies to leverage and share information, resources, and insights that will ensure successful outcomes. We are seeking an individual who has developed and executed a successful global channel/alliance strategy.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a global partner strategy and business plan. Lead Partner and Channel enablement efforts and activities.
  • Develop and administer partner programs, including proactively identifying program elements that enable partners to build awareness, generate qualified leads, generate incremental growth, drive partner satisfaction and loyalty, and maximize program impact. Ensure adherence to these programs, including the processes, procedures and rules of engagement.
  • Develop metrics and financial models to identify the impact of the channel to the overall business.
  • Identify and actively develop new business partners that have the potential for a mutually beneficial alliance.
  • Conduct analytics to identify the characteristics of high-performing partners.
  • Lead channel onboarding and enablement program, tracking progress to ensure the partner ramps effectively and efficiently.
  • Partner closely with the sales management team in the operations to meet Quadient’s business objectives and ensure the successful sale and deployment of Quadient’s product
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to achieve revenue growth
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Sales Operations, and Marketing Departments to develop and execute global Channel Sales strategies
  • Produce and deliver executive updates for Quadient and Neopost leadership team

 

Skills and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years successful direct sales and sales management experience which included international reseller channel partners and alliances for a software or hi-tech systems vendor.
  • Minimum 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of delivering sales quota to objectives
  • Outstanding sales and leadership skills
  • Experience with CCM / digital platforms highly preferred
  • Knowledge of ECM / CCM / WCM / CXM industry strongly preferred
  • Must demonstrate excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Must be results oriented, have high integrity, and a desire to be part of a world-class, rapidly expanding technology company
  • Extensive travel to meet with partners globally
