Chief Executive Officer

Geoffrey Godet is Chief Executive Officer. A dual French and American citizen and a graduate of HEC, he has spent his entire career with the Flatirons Jouve Group, a leader in digital solutions for banking, insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, aeronautics, publishing, media and education. The Flatirons Jouve Group is present in the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, the Nordic countries, China and India.

Chief People Officer

Stéphanie Auchabie, is Chief People Officer. She joined Neopost in October 2014 as Head of Global HR, GMC Software, and in January 2015 she was appointed to the role of Executive Vice President of Human Resources for Neopost Enterprise Digital Solutions (EDS), which included Quadient and Data Quality activities. Stéphanie had previously spent 10 years in business administration, and for 7 years she was the head of Europe HR for Advantech, a global leader in the industrial PC market. Stéphanie is French, and holds a Master Degree in Human Sciences.

Chief Transformation Officer

Brandon Batt is Chief Transformation Officer, with the mission to lead our worldwide operations related to Corporate Social Responsibility, Mergers & Acquisitions, Legal, Compliance and Internal Communications. Brandon also leads a new function within Neopost, called the Strategic Initiatives Office, which was created specifically to support our business’s organic and inorganic programs, projects and initiatives which are designed to drive our transformation and achieve the objectives of our Back to Growth strategy.

Chief of Staff

Laurent du Passage, Chief of Staff, joined Neopost in April 2014 as Director, Corporate Development for GMC Software, which became Quadient in 2017. Prior to joining GMC Software, Laurent was a consultant at L.E.K. Consulting. At L.E.K. Laurent was involved in growth and M&A strategy for both corporate and private equity customers. Laurent is French, and graduated from Ecole Centrale Paris. He also holds a Master of Science from Cambridge University.

Group Solutions Officer

Henri Dura serves as Group Solutions Officer. He has both marketing insight and international experience. Until 2018, he was Chief Operating Officer of Enterprise Digital Solutions (Quadient), since 2013. Henri joined Neopost in 2000, holding the positions of Managing Director of Neopost France and Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer. Before joining Neopost, he held several Executive positions at Xerox, France Telecom, Kyocera and Pitney Bowes.

Chief Finance Officer

Jean-François Labadie is Chief Finance Officer. Jean-François Labadie has served as the Group's Chief Financial since 2011, as well as Chief Legal Officer until 2018. He originally joined Neopost in 1999, as the Chief Financial Officer of industrial operations in France in the franking systems field, before taking the management reins of Supply Chain in that same area from 2005 to 2008.

Tamir Sigal serves as Chief Marketing Officer. He is a marketing leader with 22 years' experience in enterprise software market. Since 2014, he was responsible for the development, direction and implementation of all global marketing activities for Quadient, including product management, corporate marketing, marketing operations and field marketing.

Chief Software R&D and Architecture Officer

Zbyněk Hodic, Chief Software R&D and Architecture Officer, joined Neopost in 1999, in charge of leading Quadient’s Inspire technical roadmap as well as managing the central IT and support organization. He was also responsible for ensuring that Quadient’s products follow strict regulations and world-class quality standards. During his time at Quadient, he has grown the R&D team into one of largest organizations in the industry.

Chief Hardware Product Development and Supply Chain Officer

Thierry Le Jaoudour, Chief Hardware Product Development and Supply Chain Officer, has been a key pillar of Neopost’s Supply Chain and Technology development since 1997. Thierry started by contributing to the successful development of our inkjet franking machines, then of as part of the Marketing team, promoted the global Hardware and Software solutions approach, until he was named Supply Chain Managing Director in 2011 and became a member of the Executive team.

Steve Rakoczy serves as Chief Digital Officer. Steve is a seasoned executive with both operations and technical expertise coupled with marketing and sales experience. He has succeeded in his career at transforming operations that have grown through mergers and acquisitions with disparate systems and procedures into high performing teams with standard processes and reduced operating costs.

Jeff Crouse is Chief Solution Officer Mail Related Solutions. With a strong international background, having worked in 22 countries, Jeff started his career with 9 years in public, non-profit service in Asia and the Middle East, before joining the private sector, with Bain & Company, a premier global strategy consultancy.

Chief Solution Officer Customer Experience Management

Christian Hartigan, Chief Solution Officer Customer Experience Management, joined Neopost in April 2018 as President and General Manager of the America's division at Quadient, bringing more than 15 years of technology industry experience to his role. Previously, Chris was Vice President of Global Accounts and Industry Solutions at Acquia, a provider in the emerging marketplace for Digital Experience platforms.

Chief Solution Officer Parcel Locker Solutions

Daniel Malouf is Chief Solution Officer Parcel Locker Solutions. He was previously Chief Operations Officer for Neopost Shipping. Before joining Neopost in January 2017, he had been Managing Director of the Auchan Group's e-Commerce division since March 2010. This new division of the Auchan Group included all e-commerce activities including the Drive. Prior to that position Daniel has been the CIO of Auchan Group for 6 years, a company that he joined in 1992 as Logistics Manager.

Alyna Wnukowsky is Chief Solution Officer Business Process Automation. Of German nationality, she has experience of more than 15 years in managing growth in digital solutions, marketing and e-commerce. Prior to becoming a member of the Executive team in 2019, she was Director of Marketing and Digital Business Development at Neopost, responsible for Austria, Benelux, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Northern countries and Switzerland since 2016. She joined Neopost in 2013 as Managing Director of Germany and Austria.

Chief Operating Officer for Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Italy

Dror Allouche is Chief Operating Officer for Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Italy. With a strong multicultural background and three citizenships, French, Israeli and Swiss, he started at Neopost in 1998, first joining the Satas sales team. He has since then worked in a variety of management roles across the Group, in sales, marketing and international business development. In 2013, he took over as Managing Director of Neopost’s Swiss operations, and in late 2016 became head of the newly created South District, comprised of Switzerland and Italy.

Benoît Berson is Chief Operating Officer for France and Benelux. He has a solid experience of more than 30 years in Executive positions, most of them spent at Neopost. Formerly President and Managing Director of Neopost France since 2016, Benoît has indeed been an important member of the Neopost Group for the past 24 years.

Alain Fairise is Chief Operations Officer for North America. A strategic leader with a focus on execution, Alain has started his career at Neopost in Europe before joining Neopost’s North American operations where he has contributed to the company growth and transformation since 2001. Alain has in particular served as President of Neopost Canada, Senior Vice President of U.S. Marketing, Managing Director of NeoDirect Worldwide and Managing Director of Neopost Shipping for the USA. Until recently, Alain was President of Neopost SME North America.

Chief Operating Officer for the United Kingdom & Ireland

Duncan Groom is Chief Operating Officer for the United Kingdom & Ireland. Duncan has a proven track record of driving financial results by combining leadership and a results-oriented approach that is balanced with employee and customer centricity. He has a great mix of expertise in Neopost’s traditional mail business, with the mindset and experience needed to fuel the transition into digital solutions.

Gil Wozelka is Chief Operating Officer International Operations. A successful leader committed to people and business development, Gil was previously Neopost’s Chief People and Transformation Officer since 2014. He first joined Neopost in 2008 as Chief Operating Officer for Strategic and Emerging Markets, managing a team of 1,500 people across 11 countries in the EMEA, APAC and South America regions.
